The Role
Reporting to the Gladstone Operations Manager, your role as our regional Works Coordinator will be the primary interface with site supervisors on matters involving personnel, equipment, and operational issues for the region. The incumbent will also act as on-site Project Manager for our shutdowns throughout the year.

The day to day
Our teams love what they do, and when you’re working with us your day could involve:

  • Coordinate the efficient utilisation of resources (both personnel and equipment) to achieve maximum customer service; both internal and external
  • Project manage local shutdowns on-site throughout the year.
  • Ensure site audits, housekeeping inspections and other required activities are conducted on schedule and accurately recorded
  • Facilitate equipment calibration, maintenance and repair activities in line with established procedures

The essentials
We are seeking a motivated individual who will ideally possess the following:

  • Previous experience undertaking Project Management of Outages in relation to inspection and non-destructive testing activities for Processing Plants (mineral processing), Power Stations, and Oil & Gas
  • Minimum Level II AINDT or equivalent (ISO 9712) qualifications in RT, UT, MT and PT
  • Previous works coordination experience (desirable)
  • Demonstrated track record of team management/coordination.
  • Risk and hazard identification and assessment experience.
