We are seeking a highly talented and passionate Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie who is looking to relocate to regional Queensland.

  • Certificate in Hospitality (commercial cookery).
  • Kitchen management experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills.
  • Availability to work hospitality hours.
  • Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised.
To be successful you will be a confident hands-on Sous Chef / Chef de Partie with a proven track record. You must be passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoy motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products in a timely manner.
