An opportunity exists for a proactive and organised Training Systems Administrator to support our Health, Safety and Training team. Working Monday to Friday and reporting directly to the Senior Training Coordinator, this busy and diverse role will see you undertaking a broad range of administrative duties to ensure that training scheduling, records and documentation meet the SSE’s requirements, the industry standards and the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act and Regulations. You will also assist with training budgeting, purchase orders, compliance audits and reporting requirements & tasks. You will work autonomously with a large and varied workload and be able to reprioritise your work to suit the needs of the team.

To be successful in this role, you will possess experience in an administration role coupled with excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills to successfully interface with various levels of management and external bodies and agencies. You will be a highly organised professional who is responsive, enthusiastic, innovative, self-motivated, and driven, who can operate within a dynamic environment. You will be highly skilled in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook), with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
