We pride ourselves on providing personal and professional levels of service from large-scale operational ramp-ups to executive positions.  Global Product Search is now a part of the Protech Group, an established company that specialises in building & construction; civil construction & infrastructure; industrial maintenance & engineering; mining & resources; and rail across Australia. 



This is a site-based role at Gregory Mine where you will provide administrative support for all aspects of the Gregory Coal Operations (including contractors) training systems and activities.

Other key responsibilities in this position will include:

Administer the site induction process from initial registration through to completion of all personnel training records;
Administration of the site electronic training management system;
Assist with ensuring that training activities are conducted in accordance with all site HSE requirements;
Assist with monitoring that contractors and others comply with site safety requirements while conducting training and assessment activities.

Training Administration experience, within Mining operations;
Demonstrates experience in training systems administrative activities;
Ability to work well within a team;
Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Punctual and presentable;
Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
