Due to internal growth, we on the hunt for proactive & adept Track Press Operators to join our award-winning Undercarriage Rebuild Center team based in Paget, Mackay! These are permanent full-time roles, working Monday-Friday in TOWN!

As a Track Press Operator you will:

  • Perform repairs on the undercarriage components on all equipment sold and/or serviced by the company
  • Ensure repairs are carried out using appropriate control guidelines to ensure that rework jobs do not occur. This is to include check sheet, quality control procedures and guidelines
  • Guarantee components to be fitted are to the appropriate shipping standard and correctly secured
  • Ensure components are painted to specified colour scheme and sections of the component not to be painted are effectively masked up

About You

A successful teammate will have:

  • Relevant level mechanical skills to disassemble and assemble tracks, idlers, and rollers (undercarriage components)
  • Competent to operate computers at the relevant level and perform medium level engineering measurement.
  • Cert II in Engineering (Mechanical or Production) - (Desirable)
  • Three to five years' experience in a similar role (Desirable)
