Temporary Full/Part-Time Legal Secretary
We currently have a position available for a temporary six month maternity fill for a full/part time legal secretary.
In the role of Legal Secretary, you will multi-task in all areas of administrative services in our team utilising a broad range of software programs and systems to perform a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities not limited to but may include:-
- Excellent telephone management
- Diary management and appointment handling
- Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence
- Excellent telephone manner
- Typing, photocopying, scanning and collating material
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Excellent typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office (word and excel)
- Familiarity with legal software would be advantageous, Microsoft Office Suite skills or other software packages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication; and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with ability to use initiative
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Proven ability to work effectively independently or as a team member
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of tasks and business information
