About the Role
Reporting to the Haulage Supervisor and as an integral member of the production team, the primary purpose of this role is to:
* Be proactive in the operation of the Fleet Management System to its full capacity
* Ensure data integrity standards are met through real-time data validation
* Understand and implement operational plans to ensure they are executed within the context of the longer-term plan
* Liaising with the mining supervisors, mine schedulers, maintenance personnel and other stakeholders in contributing to machine operations in an open cut environment
* Apply technical expertise to solve problems and deliver for the customer
About You
You will have relevant experience in fleet management systems in the mining industry. A Modular Mining Level 2-3 certificate will be highly regarded. Be able to demonstrate a commitment to HSEC ensuring work is performed in a safe, legal and efficient manner whilst improving outcomes.
You will possess the following:
* Proficiency with computers and understanding of mining operations, mine planning and haulage
* Strong team-based mining background
