TEACHING POSITIONS FOR 2023

We are seeking full-time Classroom Teachers in the following subject areas (or any combination of these subjects) for commencement 16 January 2023. An ability to teach Religious Education would be an advantage.  Full-time continuing and contract positions are available:-

  • Religious Education Yrs 7 – 10
  • Study of Religion
  • Accounting & Business
  • Hospitality
  • Science
  • Mathematics
  • Physical Education
  • Humanities & Social Science
  • English
  • Japanese
  • Music
  • The Arts

For Teachers in the VET areas, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable.

Successful applicants will demonstrate a commitment to providing quality Catholic education and learning based on a personal faith as well as be a highly trained and qualified professional with significant experience in the provision of high-quality educational programs. You will have well developed organisational skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to work well in a team, as well as the ability to work independently.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

  • a commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school
  • ability to teach across a variety of subject areas
  • a commitment to the extra-curricular activities of the College

Mandatory Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and current Queensland College of Teachers Registration
  • Australian work rights
