The role

We’re looking for a Talent Attraction Consultant or Recruiter, to join the internal Talent Attraction team at Bureau Veritas. Reporting into the Talent Attraction Manager, we would like to think you will be:

  • Delivering end to end talent acquisition across our service lines in Western Australia
  • Focusing on connecting with people. We’re going to remove as much administration as possible so you can spend time on tasks that deliver the greatest outcomes
  • Yep, we use SEEK and LinkedIn and a Database. But like you, we know that building your networks will add the most value to our business. 
  • We want you to help shape BV’s Talent Attraction Strategy, from sourcing through to on-boarding and improving candidate experience, we want your ideas on what great should look like.

You will have the opportunity to work both from home and in our office in Murarrie.

What’s needed?                 

  • Previous experience in a similar role, either an agency or internal background – we’re not fussed; what’s most important to us is the individual and personal values you bring
  • You may be an experienced Recruiter looking for something more challenging or an experienced administrator or coordinator ready to take the next step
  • A passion for talent acquisition and a desire to be at the forefront of the industry
