Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works.
Monadelphous has been a part of the Central Queensland community for over 15 years, providing vital jobs to locals and those who consider Gladstone home. We are currently recruiting for appropriately skilled people who are keen to join the Monadelphous family and grow with us in this region.
 
The role of Supervisor will see you working at one of our long term sites in Gladstone and responsible for carrying out a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, working closely with project Supervisors and Superintendent, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.  
 
This is a local only position, you must reside in Gladstone or surrounds to be considered for the role.

What you will bring
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as trade-based supervisor with maintenance/shutdown background
  • Trade qualification in either Mechanical and or Structural discipline
  • Proven ability managing multidiscipline work crews
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety
  • Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements
  • Sound proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Open Drivers Licence
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
