We are currently looking for a Store Manager who has experience working in a retail environment, preferably in the tools industry. You will influence and motivate our team to provide high-quality customer service and lead our store end to end. The successful applicant will have a strong background in people management, retail selling, merchandising and POS, Inventory controls, P&L's and budgets. You will take full accountability for retail fundaments, reporting, store analytics, promotions and merchandising standards.
You will be expected to bring your previous knowledge and experience in team leadership, retail sales, using and/or selling tools.
Does this sound like you?
Proven experience in retail sales, staff coaching and management
Knowledge of trade/industrial tools
A passion to provide exceptional customer service
Demonstrated experience in leading a sales team and managing performance as required
Strong computer literacy
Experience using Pronto is preferred, but not essential.
