Harbour City Motorcycles are looking to expand our team due to continued growth and are seeking a Spare Parts Interpreter.
We are looking for a new team member to assist customers with spare parts, accessories, handling phone enquiries and assisting with general retail duties.
Immediate start!
Key duties and responsibilities include;
- Being passionate and knowledgeable about motorcycles
- Interacting with our customers via phone, email and face to face
- Assisting day to day retail sales as required
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of our team
- Having good communication and time management skills
- Enthusiasm and energy
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday
