Job Description

Harbour City Motorcycles are looking to expand our team due to continued growth and are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter.

We are looking for a new team member to assist customers with spare parts, accessories, handling phone enquiries and assisting with general retail duties.

Immediate start!

Key duties and responsibilities include;

  • Being passionate and knowledgeable about motorcycles
  • Interacting with our customers via phone, email and face to face
  • Managing stock and daily orders
  • Co-ordination with the service manager ensuring parts are available when needed
  • Assisting day to day retail sales as required
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of our team
  • Having good communication and time management skills
  • Enthusiasm and energy
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday

Previous retail experience in the motorcycle industry is prefered but not essential, above award wages to the right candidate.
