About the role
You will own an autonomous Site leadership role, driving team engagement, client liaison and problem solve operational challenges. Day to day project deliverables include Safety, Quality, Financial, Planning and Environmental, and developing the project scope on site. You will have support from the broader Geovert leadership, estimation, workshop and delivery teams in Gladstone.
About you
You will be a proven Site Leader from the asset maintenance and ideally rope access industry, who brings a robust a collaborative management approach. We offer a technically challenging and varied leadership role and a flexible and autonomous environment where your ideas are valued.
- Proven Site Leadership experience driving project and operational outcomes
- Asset maintenance, Rope access or Heavy industry experience
- Effective stakeholder management and team management skills
- Operational KPI, project and cost management.
