Shared Services Administrator

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Shared Services Team in Mackay.  This is a permanent full-time position and will be primarily responsible for goods receipting, matching of invoices and processing of expenses as well as providing administrative support to the Shared Services team.  

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Goods Receipting
  • Invoice matching
  • Expense re-imbursements
  • Travel arrangements
  • General administrative duties
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with Operations, Finance & Management

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • High attention to detail essential
  • Have a methodical and organised approach to your work
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Excel and computer skills
  • SAP experience advantageous
