About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Shared Services Team in Mackay.  This is a permanent full-time position and will be primarily responsible for the timely processing and collection of LAFHA (Living Away from Home Allowance) Declarations as well as providing support for our Timesheeting system.  

Key Responsibilities will include:

Decrease company liability for LAFHA by liaising with our employees and the UGL Tax team
Provide weekly reports on the progress of declarations completed
Assist in project set up and master data in our timesheeting system
Provide support for the Shared Services Team in payroll and accounts when needed
Develop and maintain good relationships with Operations, Corporate, Finance & Management
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

High attention to detail essential
Have a methodical and organised approach to your work
Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Advanced Excel and computer skills
SAP experience advantageous
