“Wahroonga” our 65 bed residential aged care facility and 9 Retirement Villas Campus is located in Biloela, a rural town and locality in Shire of Banana, Central Queensland. It is situated 120 kilometres (75 miles) inland from the port city of Gladstone at the junction of the Burnett and Dawson highways. Everyone says ‘G’day’ with a smile and a nod as you walk down the wide streets of Biloela. It’s a friendly, warm and welcoming town known for its love for community and diversity.

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated leader to lead a dedicated, caring and long standing team.

As the Service Manager, you are an experienced registered nurse with advanced skills in leading teams and managing staff performance. You will build a positive culture so that the team can clearly take the lead in delivering best practice person-centred care. You will enjoy people management, be exceptional at managing the facility budget and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
