Service Coordinator

About the Role:
Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to be based in Emerald. This is a permanent full time position and will report to the Operations Manager.  This role will be an integral support to the Service Team and will work closely with the Field Service Foreman. This opportunity will enable you to further develop your operational knowledge of our customers through-out Central Queensland and in the Bowen Basin region.
 
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to: 
  • Drive and manage the administrative support across service and warranty management
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in HDAL and providing timely communication updates
  • Coordinate all aspects of WIP, including reviewing and invoicing to customers
  • Ordering of parts and support customers 
  • Review and update data to provide accurate periodic reporting and forecasting
About You
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Proven and demonstrated experience providing operational administrative support within an industrial and or service organisation
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products and confidence new and complex databases
  • A strong attention to detail to identify discrepancies or mitigate oversights and problem solving
  • Highly developed communication skills to manage customer expectations and drive positive outcomes
