Job Description

Reporting to the Region Manager, the Sales Support Coordinator is our customer service and sales expert who plays a key role in supporting the Sales team in ensuring excellent operational standards and achieving sales targets across the region.

You enjoy a busy and challenging role where you assist the sales team in the region in preparing reports, quotations to ensure the efficient management and operation of the regional sales office.

You are a champion when it comes to building trust-based relationships with customers, suppliers and other team members and liaise with the Freight team and Order Fulfilment teams on order fulfilment requirements to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. You are the key contact for the customers to keep them updated on products despatches and order status.

With your high attention to detail and organisational skills, you will assist and support with tender and contract documents, providing feedback to Management, ensure the best possible outcomes for Bradken and its customers.

There is more to this role and will be an excellent pathway to front line sales roles within our business.

Key Criteria:
  • Experience working in Manufacturing or similar industry
  • Qualifications in Business / Sales
  • Experience using SalesForce is desirable
This role can be based in Mackay or Townsville.
