Your Next Opportunity:
As a Sales Consultant at Solahart Rockhampton, you'll step into a role that's all about harnessing the power of renewable energy while enjoying the benefits of genuinely warm leads. Your primary mission will be to conduct approximately three in-home assessments each day, meeting with homeowners in and around the Rockhampton region who are eager to explore the advantages of solar solutions.
Our leads are thoughtfully generated by our dedicated admin team, ensuring that you can focus on what you do best—delivering exceptional customer service, educating clients about our solar products, and helping them make informed decisions that not only reduce their energy bills but also contribute to a more sustainable future.
With your passion for excellent service and commitment to providing innovative solutions to our clientele, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering our community to embrace solar solutions that boast industry-leading customer satisfaction rates.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
To be considered for this position, you’ll need prior demonstrated experience in a role as a sales executive, account manager, business development executive, or similar.
To thrive in this role, you’ll be a highly driven salesperson with the ability to seize opportunities, effectively communicate the benefits of our solar solutions, and leverage your sales acumen to consistently close deals while fostering enduring client connections.
You will have strong experience in and passion for engaging with prospective customers, exceeding sales targets, and building lasting client relationships.
Additional requirements include:
- Valid driver’s license (you’ll be provided with a vehicle for work-related travel)
- Willingness to travel to client sites to perform in-home assessments and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
Though not essential, prior experience in a role that saw you providing technical solutions or support (e.g. as an Electrician or similar) will be highly regarded.
As our next Sales Consultant, you’ll receive a competitive base salary circa $70,000, with your first year OTE circa $100,000 + super. You’ll also have access to a range of additional benefits, including:
