About the Role
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, we are looking for a dynamic individual that will be responsible for the growth and management of AgriProve's portfolio of soil carbon projects in the region.

This is a senior role with broad responsibilities that evolve and challenge you as we develop our growth in the region.

You will be responsible for leading the local operations team in the region whilst developing and maintaining relationships with farmers and key stakeholders leading to registrations of new soil carbon projects under the Emissions Reduction fund. You'll also represent and promote AgriProve in the region, building strong business relationships with local individuals and industry groups.

We require a person who is passionate and driven, with strong interpersonal skills and who understands the importance of systems and procedures; a person who thrives on achieving results and constantly looking to improve and enhance the business. 


Desired Skills & Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in agriculture, science or management.
Agricultural experience is desirable, especially in soil management.
Previous sales experience with demonstrated results.
Drivers License, heavy vehicle licence is ideal but not essential.
