We are searching for a hardworking and dedicated Consultant who is willing to travel frequently as part of their job responsibilities. This position requires someone who is comfortable being away from home for one to three days at a time, and who can adapt quickly to new environments and situations. While the travel aspect of this role may seem daunting, it will provide you with an opportunity to build rapport with your clients and candidates whilst providing valuable experiences for you as well. With Central and North Queensland at your fingertips, strong client relationships combined with a supportive and resourced team will see you quickly make your mark and reap the benefits of a very competitive commission structure.

Your days will be busy!

Core tasks will involve interaction with clients and candidates, conducting client consultations and engaging and sourcing the best candidate, every time. As you network, and do what you do best, your pipeline will deliver the results we all require. We want to talk to you and listen to your achievements and allow you the time to impress us.

Professionalism, Dedication, Passion, and Drive are attributes that will see you succeed.

You can be the difference!

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Possess excellent communication skills as you will be responsible for understanding client requirements and sourcing the right candidate.
  • Demonstrate a strong sales acumen as you drive revenue growth.
  • A willingness and ability to travel.
  • Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals.

We set high standards for ourselves and for each other. We expect to exceed in every aspect of the services we provide and seek opportunities to improve every day.
