About the role: 

we are seeking a Recruitment Advisor who will work as part of an established team to own this role from start to finish. They will engage with key hiring managers to talk strategy, rostering, workforce planning, talent pipelining and share market insights.

The position will require the following and completion of the project brief and work in a genuine partnership arrangement to source, influence, headhunt, and place top talent that aligns with the company’s values and culture.

No two days are the same. You will never get bored and will develop new skills and experience while gaining a unique insight of what it’s like to work in a project focused environment.

To be considered for a role you will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong & effective communicator
  • Have had previous experience in Heavy Engineering or the Coal Mining industry
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with all parties
  • Have high computer literacy particularly in the use of MS Excel and Word
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Able to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
  • Demonstrate a commitment to health and safety
  • You will have demonstrated experience with end-to-end recruitment and experience with initiating strategies around direct and passive sourcing of talent.
  • You will have the ability to create a memorable experience for all candidates and provide a true business partnership to the hiring managers through all aspects of the recruitment process and beyond
