We have a history of helping businesses, and the business owners behind them, grow and become a success. We have an opportunity for an entry-level Receptionist to join our team in Gladstone.

The Opportunity:

This entry-level, full-time role (on a 12 month parental leave fixed term contract), based at our Gladstone office, is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual wanting to expand their customer service and admin skills. This role is suitable for someone who takes pride in their work and is eager to provide a high level of client service. This role will involve a combination of reception and back-office administration which includes some hospitality/domestic responsibilities. There will never be a dull day in this role due to the task variety on offer.

You don't need prior office/admin experience. If you have a background in retail or hospitality, have excellent customer service skills and are a hard worker that takes initiative and pride in all tasks - then we want to hear from you!

Ideally the successful candidate will be available to start sometime in February 2022.

Required skills and experience:

  • Must have a current driver's licence and access to own vehicle
  • Experience working in a team and/or customer service experience
  • Friendly and professional nature
