Fergus Builders are looking for a Reception/ Administration Assistant to join their team. If you are looking for a company that values integrity, family and teamwork than look no further.
We are looking for a team player that possess strong written and verbal communication skills and is highly organised. This role does possess a high level of data entry, attention to detail is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence and direct to relevant staff
- Data entry of invoices and timesheets
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies and uniforms
- Covering the reception desk and greeting and assisting visitors to the office
- Management of annual residential subcontract agreements
- scanning and filing of documents onto company server
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist Office Administrator with end of month reconciliation
- Provide support and back up for Office Administrator
- Arrange and submit yearly project entries for the Mackay & Whitsunday Housing & Construction awards under the guidance of directors.
- Assist directors and office staff with various other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Certificate
- Certificate in Business Administration (preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Suite
- Drivers Licence
