Reception/ Administration Assistant

Fergus Builders are looking for a Reception/ Administration Assistant to join their team. If you are looking for a company that values integrity, family and teamwork than look no further.

We are looking for a team player that possess strong written and verbal communication skills and is highly organised. This role does possess a high level of data entry, attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence and direct to relevant staff
  • Data entry of invoices and timesheets
  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies and uniforms
  • Covering the reception desk and greeting and assisting visitors to the office
  • Management of annual residential subcontract agreements
  • scanning and filing of documents onto company server
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Assist Office Administrator with end of month reconciliation
  • Provide support and back up for Office Administrator
  • Arrange and submit yearly project entries for the Mackay & Whitsunday Housing & Construction awards under the guidance of directors. 
  • Assist directors and office staff with various other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications: 

  • High School Certificate
  • Certificate in Business Administration (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Suite
  • Drivers Licence
