Real Estate Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a self-driven, dynamic and personable receptionist for our rapidly growing team at Pat O'Driscoll Real Estate. If you have a genuine interest in people and have the capability to engage and build rapport quickly both in person and over the phone, we would be keen to meet with you.

Day to day duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering & directing calls / for both rental and sale enquiries
  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • General reception duties
  • Receipting tenants rent payments
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Supporting teams with general admin duties as required

 The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, show initiative and be passionate about developing their Real Estate career. 

A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is preferred but not necessary.

Experience is preferred but not essential
Exceptional time management skills
Great communication skills
Ability to work within a team
A can-do attitude.
