Property Officer

Council is seeking to appoint a permanent full time Property Officer to contribute to Council’s success.

  • Located in Gladstone
  • 9-day fortnight

About the Role

The purpose of this position is to support Council's Property section in relation to general maintenance of all buildings and land within Council's property portfolio, through the provision of administrative and compliance services.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience and demonstrated knowledge and expertise in property management and maintenance services.
  • Administration and customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Sound communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong keyboard skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite and operating corporate business systems.
  • Legally able to drive a motor vehicle in Queensland.
