Job Description

Our Wagners Projects Transport Bulk Haulage division are seeking experienced Project Site Administration Officer. This is an exciting and rare opportunity that currently exists for an innovative and motivated individual to join one of Wagner’s remote project sites. Responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations and running of the site. Based on either a 5 day and 2 off or a 9-day fortnight roster these opportunities are suited to those seeking roles in a FIFO and/or DIDO capacity with Flight costs and DIDO allowances paid.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

Provide administrative support to project team
Roster planning and forecasting
Raising purchase orders
Processing delivery dockets
Assisting in the production of weekly and monthly reports
Weekly submission of timesheets to the payroll department
Data entry
Mobilisation and demobilisation of employees
Travel bookings and arrangements
Training and inducting personnel

Successful Applicants will have:

Prior administration experience
Pronto or similar ERP
Ability to work in remote and rural locations
Completion of Year 12 Studies (Queensland Certificate of Education)
C-Class driver’s License
Desirable, Certificate III in Business Administration
