You are a Project Manager/Director with experience working within the electrical sector. You may have a trade background or electrical engineering degree or certificate. Experience running multiple projects simultaneously would be a strong advantage.
You are very perceptive, a great communicator and enjoy building strong relationships with your team as well as your clients. You are a strong leader have experience in managing and growing a team and understand the importance of safety leadership.
You are entrepreneurial and enjoy finding and implementing new opportunities. You believe in going the extra mile and being honest and trustworthy.
About the role:
This is an opportunity to join a national engineering, manufacturing and servicing instrumentation company that supply the mining industry amongst others. You will be responsible for managing the team in Emerald and ensuring the already excellent rapport with customers continues. You will be tasked with visiting clients, restructuring the team, working alongside the CFO to ensure gross profit is growing, creating opportunities, and ensuring the team culture is strong.
