McCosker Contracting are looking for an Project Administrator based in our Head Office in Gladstone. You will be undertaking the requirements of the daily project administration role including timesheet processing, purchasing, invoice processing, safety statistics and workshop administration.
About the role:

  • Maximum Term - 6 months with the potential for ongoing work
  • Monday to Friday - 48 hour week
  • Commencement: ASAP

The skills and experience required for this role include:

  • Minimum one years' experience in a similar role coupled with experience in the civil construction industry
  • Experience in purchasing / procurement
  • Advanced competency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent time management, workload prioritisation, organisation and planning skills.
