Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing inbound client engagement with a strong focus on quality service.
- Preparing client review and new client documentation
- Supporting and managing the client information and data within the CRM
- Implementation of all documentation with third-party product and service providers
- Lodging documentation and management to completion
Qualifications & experience
- You have a proven track record of client support within the financial planning industry and are passionate about delivering outstanding results. It is highly desirable to have Xplan experience (but not essential).
- You are proud of your attention to detail
- Excellent engagement skills (you enjoy talking with valued clients)
