Personal Assistant / Administration Assistant - Four Day (38 Hour) Working Week

About Us

We are a firm of Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants based in North Rockhampton.  We assist individuals, businesses and other commercial entities with compliance, assurance and business development services.

We are seeking to expand our administration team and currently have a full-time position available for a Personal Assistant to one of the firm’s managing partners. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take advantage of our four day working week (Monday to Thursday).


About You

The successful candidate will be someone who:

  • Has experience in a similar role or professional environment (preferred - not essential).
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Has reasonable typing speed with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Has good time management and organisational skills.


Key Responsibilities

The role is dynamic, busy and has variety, however your key responsibilities will be:

  • General administration duties, including scanning and filing documents, maintaining client files and office reception tasks as necessary. 
  • Client liaison.
  • Liaising with professional bodies such as the Australian Taxation Office and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Ad-hoc support tasks as required.
  • Job flow management.
