Fergus Builders are looking for a Payroll/ Accounts Assistant to join their team. If you are looking for a company that values integrity, family and teamwork than look no further.
We are looking for a team player that possess strong written and verbal communication skills and is highly organised. This role does possess a high level of data entry, attention to detail is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Weekly End to End Payroll
- Provide support and back up for Office Administrator
- Assist Office Administrator & Administration Assistant with accounts receivable & payable
- Assist Office Administrator with end of month reconciliation & reporting
- Data entry of invoices and timesheets
- scanning and filing of documents onto company server
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualifications:
- High School Certificate
- Certificate in Business Administration (preferred but not essential)
- Previous Experience in payroll & accounts payable (essential)
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Suite, MYOB & Data Build.
- Drivers Licence
This is a permanent part time, in office role working 2 days a week.
