Payroll/ Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a team player that possess strong written and verbal communication skills and is highly organised. This role does possess a high level of data entry, attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Weekly End to End Payroll
  • Provide support and back up for Office Administrator
  • Assist Office Administrator & Administration Assistant with accounts receivable & payable 
  • Assist Office Administrator with end of month reconciliation & reporting 
  • Data entry of invoices and timesheets
  • scanning and filing of documents onto company server
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner

Qualifications: 

  • High School Certificate
  • Certificate in Business Administration (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous Experience in payroll & accounts payable (essential)
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Suite, MYOB & Data Build.
  • Drivers Licence

This is a permanent part time, in office role working 2 days a week.
