The Opportunity

Hitachi's Mackay branch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Storeperson to join our Parts and Warehousing team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be involved in the coordination and logistics behind the supply of quality parts to our much-loved customer base. You will be responsible for providing a range of OEM level services from invoicing, customer query management, stock coordination, receiving and dispatching parts and equipment.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:
Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
Previous stores/warehouse experience in a parts environment or similar industry with a current forklift licence
Self-motivation with a focus on customer service, committed to delivering Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction
Experience processing, receipting inbound deliveries as well as pick, pack and preparing outbound orders
High attention, intermediate computer skills to maintain accuracy in our CRM system.
A willingness to learn our processes and product
Previous experience with RF scanning is preferred
