About the role

As our next Parts Planner/Interpreter reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results within a high-performance team.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing job planning sheets as defects arise
  • Sourcing the required parts required to repair defects
  • Follow up on critical orders for equipment spares
  • Arrange for special transportation to expedite parts to site
  • Source and utilize technical information, technical bulletins, OEM procedures and data from various sources
  • Assist Execution Team with completing Work Orders
  • Maintenance planning assistance and leave coverage
  • Network with internal and external stakeholders to ensure critical parts procurement in a timely manner
  • Maintain high standard of safety and housekeeping at all times

 Requirements

  • Trade Background preferable
  • Operational mine site experience
  • Experience in general service, maintenance, breakdowns and component change outs
  • JDE experience preferable
  • Current Drivers Licence and Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
  • Knowledge and commitment to Safety Health and Management Systems
