About the Role:

The Emerald branch have an opening for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join their team!

You will be flexible, pro-active and adapt at providing parts interpreting and sales support to our valued customers.

What will you do?

  • Provide sales / parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees.
  • Prepare and order parts
  • Present exceptional merchandising standards
  • Perform inventory control / stock take


  • Prior experience of Parts Interpretation in a trade, retail or similar environment.
  • Maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic.
  • Excellent customer service and professional presentation.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills & proficiency with parts interpretation software.

Knowledge of Agricultural machinery is highly advantageous but not essential

Saturday Roster:

You will be included on a Saturday morning roster and you will be required to work the hours as per the roster.
