Ausgroup are seeking Skilled Painter Blasters with a range of diverse experience to join the team. Whether your skills were gained in Gas, Coal, Ports or Construction, we believe diversity is key to success!

Ausgroup Industrial Services offer a highly skilled & experienced workforce which consists of Abrasive Blasters, Industrial Cleaners, Industrial Painters, Scaffolders and Rigging services.

Our capabilities encompass minor and major projects involving but not limited to domestic, commercial, industrial, mining and ports with marine and offshore. No matter the size nor complexity of the projects - our Project Management and support teams can provide a service from the inception through to project close out tailor made to suit our clients operational requirements.

Painter Blasters, as skilled trades persons you will be part of a well knit crew responsible for the ongoing task of site maintenance. 

These are ongoing DIDO/FIFO roles that would suit those living in the Mackay/Bowen Basin Regions. With attractive pay rates you will have the stability of permanency and the ability to learn new skills to manage day to day activities.

Essential Skills

To be considered for these roles you will need to demonstrate the following:

All Workers:


Drivers License or other form of ID
Work Safely at Heights Certificate
Have or be able to obtain Section 4 medical
Standard 11 SOA
Painter Blasters must have Trade Certificate or min 3 years experience working as a painter blaster
Successful applicants will have the ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen, and be available to complete training as required.
