About The Organisation:

Est. in 2000, husband and wife team Denise and Peter Phillips, launched their Mortgage Choice franchise and 21 years later, The Gardian Group consists of Gardian Insurance, Gardian Financial Planning and Gardian Real Estate.  We have grown by 80% in the last 12 months despite the challenges. About The Role:

Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking an integral member to fill this full-time position in our Mackay office. As an Office Administrator, you are responsible for looking after the day-to-day administration tasks. A pivotal part of the practice from a process and procedure point of view, you will work with the Administration team to provide assistance to our staff and clients.

You will be the first impression of the sales department, welcoming clients and staff in person, via phone and email. You will be responsible for managing and creating advertising material for current and new listings, ordering marketing material and stationary, preparing for administration meetings and taking minutes, data entry, processing of paperwork and an array of administration tasks. 

You’ll have a genuine interest in people as you’ll be dealing with key stakeholders such as vendors, buyers, tradespeople, and colleagues through to all manner of people within other Gardian departments. You’ll need to be organised and a whiz at time management too, as you’ll be managing tasks related to many properties at any one time. Essentially, you’ll be joining a flexible group that work together to ensure a collective positive result is achieved for all tasks related to sales.  In return, you’ll receive the support of our fun, friendly team and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A proven, genuine interest in people with demonstrated past success in building effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

A track record in past roles for solving problems under time pressure and demonstrating effective organisational skills to deliver great results.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Proven ability to work harmoniously, both one-on-one and collaboratively in past roles.

Proficient with all Microsoft programmes. 

A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation, and learning.

Real Estate Registration advantages but not essential.
