Office Administrator in Gladstone with Lendlease

Job Description

Lendlease are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Gladstone supporting our local clients which include the Rio Tinto sites of Yarwun Alumina and Boyne Smelters. The position is casual averaging 30 hours per week.

 

Lendlease’s Services business is a specialist maintenance and asset management contractor that provides services to the roads, water, telecommunications, power, and industrial sectors. Services is responsible for creating, operating, and maintaining public and private infrastructure which services millions of people every day and keeps communities connected and running.

 

You will be responsible for providing the efficient and effective coordination of the internal procedures and processes for the project. You will be responsible for assisting the field resource teams with appropriate support to ensure that all work packages are completed to achieve cost, schedule, quality targets and reporting requirements. Further assisting in ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner and compliant with Lendlease policies & procedures and that resources are fully utilised and productive.

 

As the successful candidate you will have:

  • Experience using Track System
  • Ability to prepare and reconcile purchase orders and invoices
  • Advanced level across the Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)
  • Ability to facilitate strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience processing and collating of timesheets
  • Ideally comprehensive experience of on-site project delivery experience
