We are currently seeking an experienced and organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Daily receipting, bank reconciling, disbursements and invoicing
- Accounts payable, entering of invoices and matching to monthly statements
- Accounts receivable & following up overdue debtors
- Reconciling internal accounts
- End of month processes
- STC claims
- Customer service
- Other administrative duties
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration, preferably in the renewable energy industry
- Advanced proficiency in Xero Accounting Software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of solar power systems and renewable energy is a plus
