An opportunity exists for a MR delivery driver to join us on a fulltime basis.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced delivery driver that is based in Mackay to conduct day to day deliveries and take our truck home each night. You will be required to spend 2 nights per week in Townsville which will be organised for you paid for by Capral.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Make safe, precise, and accurate deliveries to our customers
- Undertaking general warehouse duties as required
- Regular communication with the warehouse team to ensure orders / deliveries are achieved on time
You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have:
- a minimum Manual MR Drivers licence
- a valid forklift LF licence
- a reliable work history with a good team attitude and approach to safety both on and off the road
- have the knowledge to tie-down loads of various sizes and lengths safely and to minimize damage
- be happy to work both alone and as part the team
- be able to supply a clear recent Traffic History if successful
- undertake safe manual handling/lifting
