Mechanical Workshop Supervisor

We currently have an opportunity for a Supervisor at our Mechanical Truck Workshop Rockhampton to join our brand, available for an immediate start. 

What you can offer JRT:

  • Holding trade qualifications as a Diesel Fitter (min 10 years)
  • Previous experience managing a workshop with up to 10 staff members
  • Have a knowledge of earthmoving equipment
  • Good Knowledge of Highway Trucks / Trailers 
  • Being focused on delivering great customer service and keen to take the workshop to a new level
  • Having a proactive approach to everything associated with the Workshop
  • Successfully demonstrating the ability to manage inventory, rosters and manpower
  • Being able to successfully manage budgets without compromising safety
  • Being committed to running a clean workshop, within a busy industrial environment will be a bonus.
  • Be accredited as an approved examiner to inspect a combination of light and / or heavy vehicles.
