The Role
G&S Engineering Services, a member of KAEFER Integrated Services Pty Ltd, are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Mechanical Supervisors to join our growing Maintenance team on major permanent maintenance contracts.
You will be responsible for:
· Managing a team of Mechanical and Structural Trades and sub-contractors on site
· Planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities for work crews
· Ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements
· Ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of all maintenance and work scope activities are met
· Providing on site coaching and support as required
· Developing and promoting good communications between all levels of staff and employees
About You
· A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Supervisory role
· Experience in heavy industry or fixed plant maintenance
· Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade
· S 1, 2, 3 and G2 Certificates
· Standard 11
· Coal Board Medical Section 4 (desirable)
· Proficiency in CMMS (SAP) and Frontline Leadership training (desirable)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Must have a strong focus on safety leadership
