About the Role
Our Maintenance team is currently looking for qualified Tradesmen in the below roles:
- Fitters
- Fabricators
- Electricians
In this role you will undertake a wide range of preventative maintenance and supporting of the day-to-day production requirements.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to breakdowns quickly and effectively - Demonstrating strong fault finding and problem resolution capabilities to ensure minimum downtime of all plant equipment;
- Working constructively and co-operatively within a team environment; Alignment and focus on safety and safe working methods;
- Undertaking preventative and routine maintenance schedules;
- Working with our Operations team to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are identified and introduced wherever practicable.
About You To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current Trade Certification
- Highly developed fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand production processes and requirements
- Commitment to complying with Company Policies and Procedures and relevant legislative requirements
- Reliable and proven work history
- Ability to work as part of a rotating roster and undertaking of weekend maintenance work
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable but not required
