Your new role
Centurion are seeking a Linehaul Supervisor to look after our growing Mackay based fleet. This role will report directly to the Branch Operations Manager and will require you to oversee the day to day operations of our linehaul fleet, co ordinating deliveries predominantly to the Bowen Basin area. The successful person will be responsible in providing safe, cost effective and reliable distribution of customer freight whilst ensuring maximised utilisation of equipment.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with general enquiries
- Internal reporting as required
- Establish and manage relationships with key customers, suppliers, employees and subcontractors
- Accurate management of pickups, deliveries, allocated jobs, ensuring they are completed and entered into the JAS system accordingly
- Effective planning using available resources for optimum utilisation
- Liaising between clients and suppliers and drivers to ensure freight is moved in a timely manner to meet the clients requirements
- Ensure adherence to Fatigue Management and Load Restraint compliance at all times
- Timely and accurate checks of all paperwork, transport documents and invoices received then processing onto the Administrator
- Ensure fleet defects, repairs and servicing requirements are co-ordinated with the workshop supervisor
