We are an established generalist service law firm Gladstone Queensland servicing throughout Queensland and Intestate.

Our Office is situated on the main street in the Gladstone CBD and in close proximity to the Gladstone Courthouse, Police Station, Restaurants, and other Offices.

We are currently offering a full time position for a person to join our firm as a receptionist / legal administration officer.  


The position involves administration duties including but not limited to:

  • Answering telephone calls, taking messages, attending to clients and people at the front counter;
  • Mail duties including entries on the postal log book;
  • Photocopying, emailing, faxing, scanning and collating documents;
  • Liaising with clients, staff members and other professionals;
  • Calendar management; 
  • Secretarial role (brief preparation, drafting and sending correspondence, file openings, booking conferences, file closing)
  • Filing in court, postage, liaising with various stakeholders, collecting documents from various stake holders.
  • General office and kitchen tasks including rubbish collection.

The position requires:-

  • Experience in the legal field desired
  • An understanding of LEAP Legal Software System or Similar
  • Knowledge of the Legal Aid portal
  • Knowledge of the PEXA System
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
