Berg Engineering has an exciting and newly-created opportunity for a full-time Human Resources Manager to join the team in Brendale, Brisbane or Gladstone, QLD. Hybrid and work-from-home options are also available. Some travel between our two facilities will be required.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will take a hands-on approach to ensure the day-to-day HR operations of the organisation runs smoothly and is well managed.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a similar discipline or significant demonstrated experience in an HR Generalist role. You will also bring expertise in managing ER matters, including investigation procedures and regulatory requirements.

Berg Engineering is looking for a positive and energetic individual with initiative and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be flexible and creative in developing options and recommendations for senior staff to deal with the human resources challenges of a dynamic organisation.
