We are seeking experienced HC and MC drivers with experience driving heavy vehicles to join our team as a Tanker Operator, develop their skills and knowledge and grow with our company. This is an opportunity for candidates who are driven, have a mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.

Based in Gladstone, there are both permanent full-time and fixed-term opportunities available.

About the role:

As a Tanker Operator you will:

  • Have a strong commitment to safety and comply with all Cement Australia Safety Requirements
  • Ensure that all product is delivered in a safe and timely manner
  • Load and unload Cement Tankers and liaise with the Operations team and customers in relation to product delivery
  • Participate in long distance, overnight work (up to 2-3 days away) as required

About you:

  • Minimum of 5 years truck driving experience
  • Pneumatic tanker experience preferred
  • Must have experience driving 18 Speed Road Rangers
  • A demonstrated suitable driving history
  • Understanding of BFM requirements
  • A strong customer service focus
  • HC licence with a preference for an MC licence
