Traineeships in Process Operator 2022

Programmed Training Services specialise in the training, development and employment of apprentices and trainees, designing and delivering nationally accredited training.

Committed to creating jobs for the future in the local Gladstone community, Programmed, in partnership with Shell's QGC business, ConocoPhillips as downstream operator of APLNG and Santos GLNG, will be offering a leading traineeship program throughout the region starting in February 2022.

Candidates will gain technical knowledge on hydrocarbon (natural gas) processing systems, develop skills to operate process facilities and build knowledge in process and occupational safety. Training will involve both on-the-job and classroom based learning, as well as ongoing support and mentoring throughout the program.

This traineeship will be delivered in Gladstone and on Curtis Island with some interstate travel to Western Australia required. On completion, candidates will receive a nationally accredited Certificate III in Process Plant Operations, which is a recognised standard in the Australian hydrocarbon industry.
Candidates with a positive attitude, excellent communication and problem solving skills, who seek hands-on learning and are passionate about becoming a Process Operator, are encouraged to apply.
