About the role
We are seeking an inspiring leader to join their established team in Gladstone. As the Store Manager, you will oversee and drive store KPI's and budgets, execute Visual Merchandising guides to a high standard, and provide exceptional customer service whilst creating a fun and vibrant boutique environment.
Skills and experience
- Experience in women's fashion and retail operations
- A proven history of sales, styling, and management successes
- Be able to run a store like your business
- The ability to roster and control wages
- Keen understanding of current fashion trends!
- Motivation to always be looking for the next challenge
- The ability to recruit, train, succession plan, and create culture!
- A love of VM and high store standards!
